Over 15 years in education: she opened a Montessori school in Moscow in 2006 and has been building KIT in Singapore since 2017. Her mission is to help Russian-speaking children keep their mother tongue in an English-speaking environment and feel confident across two cultures.

Master's in speech therapy and special needs (RUDN), Montessori teacher, and teacher of Russian as a foreign language; a Singapore-certified special-needs specialist. Coaching for ADHD and dyslexia, plus an original method for children on the spectrum. Prepares students for the IGCSE and IB Russian exams.

PhD in Education, philologist, and specialist in Russian as a native, foreign and second-native language for bilinguals. Since 2017 she has taught Russian language and literature in the IB system, working online with schools in Singapore, Australia, the US, Europe and Asia. TORFL examiner, author of 50+ books and 200+ articles, and an expert in gamified learning.
Music & voice
Teacher with a Master's degree in music and 20 years of experience, working with students from age 4. Her students win prizes at competitions and go on to leading music and theatre universities in the UK and the US.
Chess coach
Captain of the Singapore Polytechnic women's chess team. She has taught chess to children aged 4–16 for over 6 years. A participant in 48 official FIDE tournaments, with 2nd place in the Moscow championship semi-finals.
